이탈리아 시칠리아 섬 남동부에 자리한 도시 노토.

 Noto est une ville au sud-est de la Sicile.

Noto is a town in southeast Sicily.

현재의 노토는 17세기에 세워진 도시로 지금의 노토에서 8킬로미터 북쪽에 자리하고 있던

원래의 노토가 1693년에 일어난 지진에 의해 사라지자 세워진 도시다. 

La ville a ete construite a la fin du 17eme siecle apres la destruction de l'ancienne ville, 

8km plus au nord, par un tremblement de terre en 1693.

The town was built at the end of 17th century after the destruction of the older town,

8km further north, by an earthquake in 1693.    

2002년 유네스코 세계문화유산에 등록된 로토.

Noto fait partie du Patrimoine Mondial de l'Unesco depuis 2002.

Noto is part of Unesco World Heritage since 2002.
