툴룸은 마야 유적지로 카리브해가 내려다 보이는 곳에 자리하고 있어

작은 유적지이지만 아름다운 유적을 보려는 사람들이 많이 찾는 곳이다.

칸쿤에서 툴룸(130km)으로 가는 버스는 유적지를 거쳐 가기 때문에 탈 때 기사에게 말하면 툴룸유적지에 내려준다.

유적 입구에 있는 짐보관소에 배낭을 맡기고 유적을 돌아본 뒤 바로 바야돌리도로 떠났다.
