프랑스 툴루즈에서 세뜨까지 이어지는 프랑스 남부의 카날 뒤 미디(미디운하, 240Km).

카날 뒤 미디는 지중해에서 툴루즈까지 연결된 운하.

툴루즈 부터는 프랑스 남서부의 대서양까지 이어지는 운하(Canal lateral a la Garonne)와 연결되어

지중해에서 대서양까지 스페인을 거치지 않고 물건과 사람을 수송하기 위한 목적으로 만들어진 운하다.

et pour raccourcir le trajet entre la mer Mediterranee et l'ocean Atlantique.
